Not enough people are complaining. Black people are known to settle. I wrote a letter to the CEO (Michael Conway) directly and faxed copies to Customer Relations and Public relations. Cc'ing Chairman of the Board, VP of Operations and Commercial Dept. We need to also contact our BBB to file a complaint and call up the news stations (CBS, etc.). I got a response from them and they promise to provide me an update on a refund by Friday. The other thing we need to boycott, we should use AA as when they screw up CNN gets involve
