Francique, who qualified for the finals with a time of 45.08, came third in his semi-final race behind Jamaican Brendon Simpson and Otis Harris of the United States. Here's what he had to say after qualifying: On the race: "I couldn't concentrate. In the last 10 metres I couldn't do any more. The guys were too close and caught up to me." On reaching the final: "It's the Olympics. I'm in the final. I can't complain." The men's 400m finals will be run on Monday, August 23. Good luck Alleyne!!!
