Grenadian ace Alleyne Francique is through to the finals of the men's 400m at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Greece.
Francique, who qualified for the finals with a time of 45.08, came third in his semi-final race behind Jamaican Brendon Simpson and Otis Harris of the United States.
Here's what he had to say after qualifying:
On the race:
"I couldn't concentrate. In the last 10 metres I couldn't do any more. The guys were too close and caught up to me."
On reaching the final:
"It's the Olympics. I'm in the final. I can't complain."
The men's 400m finals will be run on Monday, August 23.
