MAILING ADDRESS FOR CERTAIN U.S. IMMIGRANT PETITIONS CH...
WASHINGTON, D.C., Fri. Nov. 26: Caribbean and other immigrants looking to submit an adjustment of status, employment authorization applications or request for travel documents with the U.S. immigration, must now mail all applications to a new address. Late last week, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that individuals filing the three applications mentioned above must now mail their forms directly to the Chicago Lockbox instead of submitting them to their district office. This new direct mail program, according to USCIS officials, will allow for more efficient processing of applications. The direct address is: U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, P.O. Box 805887, Chicago, IL 60680-4120 or U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, 427 S. LaSalle – 3 rd Floor, Chicago, IL 60605-1098 if you are sending applications via UPS or Fedex.
