The curtains came down on “The Digicel is the Key to your $150,000 Fortune” promotion on January 9, 2007 at the Cablevision studio in Grand Anse and Nzinga Muwauto of Mamma Cannes in St. Andrew’s won the Key to her $150,000 fortune. The studio was filled with excitement as friends and family of the nine (9) lucky contestants gathered to find out who would receive the key that would unlock the chest containing the $150,000. The participants took their places onstage with host MC Mitchie, and all selected a key, which could possibly unlock the chest containing their $150,000 fortune. The object of the game was to determine whose key would fit the lock and open the Fortune Chest. Each contestant inserted their key into the lock with great anticipation of unlocking the chest. Finally it was Nzinga’s turn to try her luck. Ms Muwauto knelt next to the chest inserting her key into the key hole; upon realizing that her key fit perfectly into the chest she turned the lock while screaming and jumping for joy. Nzinga remained speechless for the remainder of the show while her family and friends consoled her as she cried tears of joy. She stood in disbelief as she was showered with balloon confetti and applause from the audience.
