CATEGORY:CELEBRATION ------------------------ By Wallace J.A Inside Grenada correspondent Saturday January 13,2007 THE GRENADIAN-AMERICAN Educational and Cultural Organization (GAECO) of Central Florida will be holding a gala Banquet Dinner/ Dance on Saturday February 03, 2007 in recognition of Grenada’s 33rd Anniversary of Independence. This function will be held at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center under the distinguished patronage of His Excellency Dr. Dennis Antoine, Grenada’s Ambassador to the USA and the OAS. The Guest of Honor will be Mr. Herman Hall, publisher of Everybody’s Magazine. The function will commence at 8:00 p.m and come to an end at 2:00 a.m. During this exercise, GAECO will be awarding a Tuition Assistance Grant to a student of Grenadian-American or Caribbean heritage attending college in Central Florida or Valencia. Live entertainment will be provided by Craig Camacho’s Mystic NGR, a Caribbean music band and the Master of Ceremonies will be Mr. Derek Ventour of Dee Vee International Productions based in New York.
