CATEGORY:SPORTS(FOOTBALL) ----------------------------- INSIDE GRENADA Monday February 19,2007 by Lester Smith (GFA Director) GRENADA: Yesterday, in front of large scores of football fans, defending champions of the Morne Jaloux Football Competition Skill Youths lost the title race which was decided by a penalty shoot out after normal regulation time. It was Generation who struck the blow to the heart of the defending champions after playing to a two all draw thus advancing to the semi finals of the League Cup. A number of National Players were present in the match, the likes of Patrick Modeste, Nigel Bishop and others. Generation will now play against Building Tech in the first semi final and Dardeau Lions and Boys on D Block will contest the other semi final.
