CATEGORY:FUND RAISING -------------------------- INSIDE GRENADA SATURDAY May 5,2007 GRENADA: The Parent Teachers’ Association (PTA) of the St. Andrew’s Anglican Secondary School (SAASS) yesterday held a barbecue and dance at the school’s compound in Telescope. The barbecue started at 3:00 pm and went up to around 8:00 pm. The dance started at 9:00 pm and went on into the wee hours of Saturday morning. Music was provided by Small Clothes, one of the nation’s top DJ’s. Both functions were well-attended and the people who were at the two events obviously had a good time. The annual ‘SAASS Barbecue and Dance’ has grown into a calendar event and is one of the functions that many persons in St. Andrew’s and some of the outer parishes look forward to every year.
