During the months of May and June, 2007 a team of senior Association of Caribbean Media Workers (ACM) trainers will be engaged in a programme of professional training for young journalists in OECS countries. The training will be funded by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The foundational reporting courses will equip journalist with the basic journalistic tools and expose them to issues related to the conduct of ethical journalism. The training will be conducted over a period of two days in Antigua and Barbuda, May 22 - 23; Dominica, May 22 -23; and Grenada, June 11 - 12. In Antigua, the programme will be hosted in the training room in the New Parliament Building. In Dominica the venue will be the School of Continuing Studies. In Grenada, the venue is to be announced.
