DAREN GANGA was named captain of the West Indies for the remainder of their Test tour of England, replacing the injured Ramnaresh Sarwan. West Indies spokesman Imran Khan said late on Monday that Ganga had been promoted from vice captain for the third Test starting in Manchester tomorrow and the final Test in Chester-le-Street, Durham on June 15.
