Funeral mass for Cosmos Conrad Bernard, former superintendent of the Western Division and Carriacou for the Royal Grenada Police Force, will take place at Our Lady of Charity Roman Catholic Church located at 1669 Dean Street Brooklyn, New York on Friday, June 29, 2007, at 7:30 p.m. following the visitation from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Cosmos Bernard was born in Grenada on September 7, 1939. He was married to Catherine (nee Bowen) better known as Hermilyn, formerly of Morne Jaloux, St. George's, Grenada. Father to Charmaine (deceased), Dean, Petra, Carl, Hayden, Rachel, Michelle, Cedric and Maurice; Uncle to Patricia, Hillary, Philomena and Peter, Brother-in-law to Lawrence Bubb (husband of Claudia Bernard Bubb, deceased), grandchildren, He departed this life on June 24, 2007 leaving a host of relatives, friends and colleagues to mourn. The burial mass for Cosmos Bernard will take place at the Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church in Grand Anse, St. George's, Grenada on Friday July 6, 2007 at 2:00 p.m.. Burial will follow in the Mount Airy Cemetery in St. Paul's.
