'GRENADA 13' NOT APPEALING DECISION
Attorneys representing 13 members of the 'Grenada 17' who were resentenced by a High Court judge here Wednesday said they will not be appealing the court's decision. Edward Fitzgerald Q.C., the lead defence attorney, said while his clients did not give the team any instructions to appeal the judgement which saw three of the convicted men being freed and the remaining 10 being sentenced to terms due to end in 2010, there were still some other matters to be cleared up. 'GRENADA 13' NOT APPEALING DECISION
why would anyone appeal such a decision ? it would really amaze and baffle me ,if that verdit were to be appeal ,what a judge ,i commend him for his great courage in doing what god expect us to do ,,forgive ,but does that same forgiveness exsist in man made laws ,i doubt that ,anyhow i should say thanks to this judge ,and all the defence lawyers ,who is following the part the americans laid down for us when they refuse to do the right thing ,indid these notorious guys are all victims ,of a bias law refusing to give them the right verdict ,i would of love to see their names on a tombstone instead of a news paper ,but so be it ,
