AG SUES LLOYD NOEL
The Office of the Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against lawyer Lloyd Noel for libellous statements against the Prime Minister. Mr. Noel wrote in a publication and later repeated his claims on television, that Prime Minister Mitchell is a U.S. citizen. Mr. Noel’s statements also implied that the Prime Minister is occupying the Office of Prime Minister illegally. The lawsuit was filed yesterday. Source: Office of the Prime Minister

I'm not familiar with the constitution or the laws of governance in Grenada; isn't there a law of transparency, and the access to public infomation, that'll put to rest those allegations regarding public officals? Secondly,we have an opposition party, that almost won (won) the last election, isn't there anything they can do,that is, to table bills and make them into law, concerning ethical Governance ? Has anyone from the Grenadian Media ask for an interview(well organise and methodic)with the Prime Minister concerning the Allegation of citizenship?I'll appreciate any positive response to those questions. thanks.
