Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be afraid of their reviling. For the moth shall eat them up like a garment and worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my salvation from generation to generation. Is. 51: 7 & 8. I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron: And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel .Is. 45: 2 & 3. Brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus: We see in the word of God that as Moses journeyed with the children of Israel towards the promise land; that there were several periods of ungodly behavior that could have had far reaching consequences, as far as the safety and security of the children of Israel were concerned. But this was a decisive moment; when Korah, Dathan and Abiram; and two hundred and fifty of the princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown: they decided to overthrow the legitimate authority, set up by almighty God. They told him: ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation is holy, every one of them, wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the Lord? Nu.16:2 & 3. Brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus: there are many lessons that can be learnt from this type of attack on the man of God.(1) The first one is that they did not accept Moses' testimony, that God had sent him to lead: because if they did, they would never had questioned his authority.(2)To declare that all the congregation was holy, when we all have read, about the hell that the children of Israel gave Moses in the wilderness; this statement could only be made by men who were totally out of touch with God. So let us not be deceived by those that are famous in the congregation; hear from God about them; and you will be surprised to know. So Moses decided to draw the line in the sand: The time had come to know who was holy, and who was not. And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the Lord sent me to do all these works: for I have not done them on my own mind. If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the Lord hath not sent me. Nu. 16: 28 & 29. (Please read the whole chapter.) And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them: And the earth opened, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods. Nu. 16: 31 & 32.And there came out a fire from the Lord, and consumed two hundred and fifty men that offered incense. Nu. 16: 35. Brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus: Every man that declares himself a prophet of God must have a testimony, and experience with God. I have made it quite clear to this nation many times; that my position in the body of Christ today is not one that I have assumed by myself. I have said before and I say it again; and I pray to God that my English is clear enough so that everyone can understand. That the Lord had said unto me:" I have called you to prophesy to the nation and to heal there diseases." This is not Baptiste beating his own drums and dancing for himself. I have had many confirmations in Grenada and from prophets who had never seen me before. A young Christian brother, over twenty years ago testified at the time; that he had seen me in a vision shining as bright as the sun over St.George's.( He is still in the Lord; and recently was warming this nation that it has to repent.) I have told you before that the Lord hath appeared to me standing on his footstool. I also told you that I was not asleep when I had this vision, and that ittook place in Wallace Memorial Church at New Hampshire. I also told you that the Lord had opened the heavens to me and the angels sang ." Jesus is coming soon." I also told you that I saw Satan, and that the we fought; and that Lord showed me that he was defeated in battle by the power of the Holy Ghost in me. Brothers and sisters it is a dangerous thing when we rise up against the truth. I have told you before that I have instructed pastors in the past, and they have refused to listen and I saw them paid the price. This nation has been warned by Almighty God to repent or it will be destroyed; and as I said before neither pastors nor the politicians have paid heed. In Nineveh it was the king that believed, and instructed the nation to repent. To be continued.
