Due to the nature of the system, its current location, and the fact that the Hurricane Hunter is expected to investigate the system later this evening, it means that we may have to go to a RUSHED TROPICAL STORM WARNING, bearing in mind that this will be based on the results of the investigation by the Hurricane Hunter.
The system has strong potential for future development and there will be need for high alert.
Given this we are forwarding this for your attention and information.
