PM TO FOCUS ON HURRICANE RECOVERY AT COMMONWEALTH MEETI...
meeting in Uganda later this month, Grenada's Prime Minister, Dr. Keith Mitchell, says he plans to hold bi-lateral talks with other world leaders and remind them of talks made at the last meeting. He says some world leaders have not made good on promises made after the passage of hurricanes Ivan and Emily. "While there is a perception of Grenada's reconstruction success we still have challenges and we best remember that the biggest damage done to Grenada was psychological. You don't recover overnight from this," said Dr. Mitchell. He will be among 53 Commonwealth Heads of Government who will be meeting in Uganda to discuss and pass resolutions on issues affecting states in the Commonwealth. Reprinted from radioja.com
