CATEGORY:COURT MATTERS -------------------------- INSIDE GRENADA NOVEMBER 13,2007 GRENADA: Reports reaching the news desk of Grenadian Connection state that a former body-guard of Prime Minister Dr. Keith Mitchell, Frederick ‘Balla’ Noel, was remanded at the Richmond Hill Prison today pending sentencing which will take place on Friday November 23, 2007. Bala was found guilty by the local court of causing bodily harm to Sans Souci resident, Arthur Noel, about two years ago. Arthur Noel had sustained a gunshot wound to the lower left arm after a row with Bala.
