PM MEETS NEW AMBASSADOR FROM CHINA  
Prime Minister Dr. The Rt. Hon. Keith Mitchell has said that Grenada is looking forward to strengthening its relationship with China in the coming year. Prime Minister Mitchell made these remarks as he met with new Chinese Ambassador Mr. Zhang Wanhai. Prime Minister Mitchell told the new ambassador that the relationship between China and Grenada had brought many benefits to both sides. He thanked the Government and people of China for working with Grenada on a number of projects in the last two years. These projects included the rebuilding of the National Stadium and the cooperation in agriculture development. He told the new Ambassador that Grenada is looking forward to the completion of the football and athletics stadium and the building of the 2000 low income homes. Ambassador Zhang told the Prime Minister that China was totally committed to the projects and would endeavour to complete them in the New Year. Source: Office of the Prime Minister
