STUDENTS TO BENEFIT FROM INTERNSHIP PROGRAM  
Sixteen students from four tertiary institutions are the recipients of an internship programme aboard the megaship Crown Princess one of the ships belonging to the Princess Cruise lines. The students who are from T. A. Marryshow Community College (T.A.M.C.C.), Program for Adolescence Mothers (P.A.M.), New Life Organization (N.E.W.L.O.), and U.N.E.S.C.O Youth Path are to be trained in the area of Hospitality Arts, which includes, Bartending, House Keeping, Reception, Purser and much more. The programme, which started in 2004, is in its fourth year. So far, ninety-one students have been given the opportunity to broaden their knowledge and sharpen their skills in a first-class environment experience. Minister responsible for Tourism, Civil Aviation, Culture, and the Performing Arts Hon. Dr. Clarice Modeste Curwen, charged the students to seize the opportunity of a lifetime that has been handed to them. She also told them that a door has been opened and they should see it as a gateway into the Tourism world, where opportunities are endless especially in the job market.
