INSIDE GRENADA JANUARY 30, 2008 from Government of Grenada St. George’s: Recipients of Public Assistance should please be advised that Public Assistance payments will be made on Thursday 31st January and Friday 1st February at the NIS building. Recipients will be in receipt of $150 as stated in the budget presentation. Recipients are requested to walk with proof of identification. Persons collecting on behalf of other persons should provide written order of authorization together with the identification proof of the recipient. The Ministry of Social Development further wishes to advice recipients that they would be provided with life certificate to be completed and signed and returned to the District Revenue Offices or the Ministry of Social Development.
