INSIDE GRENADA FEBRUARY 16, 2008 by K. Sylvester Dear Mr. Editor, About two weeks ago I came across an article in the Grenadian voice newspaper complementing Sen. Hon. Brenda Hood on her bold initiative in the construction of part of concrete hill in Darbeau. I too will like to say thanks to Mrs. Hood but in a very different way, I am a second year student of T.A.M.C.C presently. If I remember clearly I was in form two (2) at the time when i single handedly approached Mrs. Hood for some assistance in equipping me for the then next school year. She immediately say to me that I should get the necessary invoices for what I needed I did so and returned to her in 2 hours , I was presented with a cheque for the amount I wanted . Since that date for the past three(3) years I have always received some level of assistance from her. I am not only specking for my self but for all the young persons who received assistance for Mrs. Hood over the years. Once again thank you Minister Hood. K. Sylvester.
