GRENADA, April 27, 2008 – The funeral service of the late Denzil Modeste, affectionately known as “Denzil D”, who passed away on April 04, 2008 will take place tomorrow (Monday April 28, 2008). The funeral service commences at 12:00 noon at the Grand Anse Roman Catholic Church and internment will be at the Family Cemetery at Moliniere. Denzil Modeste was a hard working and devoted family man, a member of the Roman Catholic Mens’ League, the host of a radio program on one of the nations FM stations and a long standing supporter of the ruling New National Party administration headed by Prime Minister Dr. Keith Mitchell. He was a critical member of the public relations arm of the NNP. Denzil D will undoubtedly be missed by many persons – both at home and aboard.
