ST. GEORGE'S - Members of the Financial Intelligence Unit have detained Mr. Reynold Benjamin.
Mr. Benjamin was detained around 8.30 o’clock this morning – Wednesday 28th May 2008
This development comes against the background of continued investigations by the Financial Intelligence Unit into the operations of Capital Bank International Limited – In Receivership
The Financial Intelligence Unit is continuing its investigations.

Francis ,sorry to disappoint you but it was this present Minister of Finance who issued CAP BANK its so call license to operate after the ECCB rejected the application.

i deposited us$1000. in an account in CAP BANK....hoping to get it when i return for vacation..and now i am been told i wont be able to access my money.....the government should do more to regulate these so -call banks,,that spring up overnight....
