ATTORNEY-AT-LAW CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF FRAUDULENT B...  
ST. GEORGE'S - Mr. Renold Benjamin, Attorney-at-Law, was formally charged with two counts of fraudulent breach of trust. The charges were read to Mr. Benjamin yesterday afternoon at the South Police Station. Benjamin was detained by officers of The Financial Intelligence Unit during the morning of Wednesday 28th May 2008. This development came against the background of continued investigations into the operations of Capital Bank International by the Financial Intelligence Unit. Mr. Benjamin was granted bail to the sum of EC $50,000 with two sureties, and his travel documents must be surrendered to the authorities.
