NNP READY FOR POLITICAL DEBATE
Grenadian Prime Minister Dr. Keith Mitchell said he is willing to square off against the main opposition leader in a series of national debates ahead of the July 8 general elections. Prime Minister Manning has previously ignored calls to engage the opposition in debates. Dr. Mitchell said the New National Party (NNP) is now ready for debates but only with the main Opposition National Democratic Congress and not with smaller political parties. He said his party has the most qualified team in the campaign and is willing to debate issues but is not prepared to engage parties which have not weon at least 5% of the votes in the last election. However, Beverly Sinclair of Community Channel 6, a local television station which had started a series of live political debates said the ruling party was never interested since they had been invited to participate since late year and refused to even respond to the correspondence. First of all grenada is in a better state than most countries.I am not a big fan of the Prime Minister. He has done some questionable things and has thin skin and takes things to personal as a public figure. That been said, let us look at grenada and if we are honest we ill see that under his administration the country has made a lot of progress. If the PM learns from the mistakes he made in the past, only betterment can come to our people. The man has vision and love for the country and is what will propels him to do a good job. What does the NDC has to offer? i guess five years of no growth where everyone has to take care of themselves, family and friends.Grenadians donot be full by all the nonsense you hear.Just look around and see you country and see the developement. For the PM promise the public that regardless of political affilations you will look out for all grenadians. When you do that history will vindicate you and you will be one of the best PM.On election day please Grenadians do the right thing and vote for progress vote NNP.

mr bain if that is your name sir do you live in the same world as us, grenadians of all shapes and sizes is entitled to a say in who ever they see fit to vote/elect as their MP (do you know what that means)and it can be either be the NNP or the NDC this sir is their choice and its called THE RIGHT TO VOTE for whoever you think will serve the people all the people of the country and not some of the people sir for to long grenada has suffered from people like you with no ideas only talking rubbish so come on lets move forward with the rest of the world and let the rest of the world know the we grenadians is intent on moving forward and not dogged down in all the nastiness that is the trade mark of this current government thats why grenada needs a change or else if this lot is reelcted what you will then have is (DICTATORSHIP)like you have in some AFRICIAN countries so again i say lets have a change a change for all the people of grenada and not for Small minded people like you with your own vested interest.
