A Caricom elections observer team has arrived in Grenada for tomorrow's general election. The mission is headed by Versil Charles-Wright, Deputy Chief Election Officer of Trinidad and Tobago. In a statement, she said that in addition to checking the voting and counting of ballots, they'll be looking at the level and quality of public education, the media coverage - as well as making recommendations.
