NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS WINS GRENADA’S GENERAL ELE...
Grenadians turned out to the polls today in unprecedented numbers to participate in the general elections that many political observers were dubbing the ‘Mother of all Elections. ‘ Although some of the scientific pollsters on the island were predicting that the incumbent New National Party of Dr. Keith Mitchell was going to prevail in the elections, the electorate proved them wrong. Given the choice to vote for continuity under the NNP or change under a National Democratic Congress (NDC), Grenadians chose change, electing twelve of the fifteen NDC candidates into office. The only NNP candidates to win their seats are: Dr. Keith Mitchell (St. George NW) Mrs. Clarice Modeste-Curwen (St. Mark) Mr. Roland Bhola (St. Andrew NE) Mr. Elvin Nimrod (Carriacou & Petit Martinique) The NDC candidates to win their seats are: Mr. Tillman Thomas (St. Patrick East) Mr. Joseph Gilbert (St. Patrick West) Mr. Alleyne Walker (St. Andrew NW) Mr. Patrick Simmons (St. Andrew SE) Mr. Sylvester Quarless (St. Andrew SW) Mr. Michael Dennis Lett (St. David) Mr. Nazim Burke (St. George’s NW) Mr. Karl hood (St. George SE) Mr. Peter David (Town of St. George) Ms. Glynis Roberts (St. George South) Mr. Michael Church (St. John) Grenadian Connection wishes to congratulate the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and political leader, Tillman Thomas on their victory and wish them all the best during their upcoming term in office. Further, we also wish to congratulate the New National Party’s candidates who won their seats. Wallace J.A Inside Grenada Correspondent

I am glad Grenadians care about their country as much as you all do keep voicing our opinions and concern but prepare for the answers because we are all kinds as you already know.

PETER,I WANT TO CLEAR THE AIR .I AM NOT A SUPPORTER OF MITCHELL AND THE NNP GOVERNMENT.I AM AN OUTSIDER.THAT BEEN SAID HE DID GOOD FOR GRENADA AND ALSO HAD SOME ISSUES.WE AS GRENADIANS NEED TO TO BE FAIR AND CALL IT AS IT IS.LET US BE VIGILANT AND NOT GET TO COMFORTABLE WITH ANY GOVERNMENT,OUR JUDGEMENT WILL BE CLOUDY,WE WILL LOSE OUR FOCUS AND GET TAKEN FOR A RIDE.I WANT THE BEST FOR MY PEOPLE AND I WILL SPEAK UP IN ANY FORUM,IT IS HEALTHY FOR OUR COUNTRY AND DEMOCRACY.

hangman keith acted like a bandit his behaviour was outrageous on you tube he acted like an old melee woman name ma lambee in the suns eye book how he got on representing grenadians abroad still marvel me. He is not a man PEOPLE could understand when he speaks I bet the diplomats had a good laugh at his arrogant attitude in this sense he WAS raw therefore he was right for grenada in this sense of the word. But wrong in the other sense for grenada he was false in the other sense of the word ha ha ha. He was good at selling as well its the maths he could of sell each one of you and also the country to rich people and foreigners he love the well to do they was his concern. ARROGANCE IS THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE HIM A VERY BAD WORD INDEED.
