The Ministry of Finance wishes to advise all persons who have purchased shares in the recent sale of Government Shares in Cable and Wireless, that Cable and Wireless has been informed of the names of all the new shareholders and is currently making arrangements, through the Central Registry of the Eastern Caribbean Stock Exchange, to transfer the shares the new shareholders. According to the records of the Ministry, approximately 1,500 persons, including companies, purchased shares in Cable and Wireless Grenada Ltd.
