PRIME MINISTER MAKES FIRST OFFICIAL VISIT TO TRINIDAD A...  
Friday, August 8, 2008, St. George’s; Prime Minister Hon. Tillman Thomas will lead a delegation to neighboring Trinidad and Tobago on August 13th, 2008. The delegation includes Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Hon. Peter David; Minister of Finance and Energy Hon. Nazim Burke and other government officials. This is the Prime Minister first official visit to Trinidad and Tobago since assuming office following July 8th General elections. The visit follows an invitation from Prime Minister Patrick Manning in Port of Spain in which he promised a “welcome that he has never has never seen before”. Prime Minister Thomas will discuss several issues of importance to the two states with his Trinidad and Tobago counterpart, including a framework for concluding an agreement on Grenada’s Maritime boundaries that will set the stage for Grenada to exploit its oil and gas resources. The Prime Minister is also invited to address a dinner hosted by Acting President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, His Excellency Danny Montano and which will be attended by Prime Minister Manning and other sector leaders in Trinidad and Tobago. The delegation is will also meet with business representatives while on the two day visit. The delegation will return to Grenada on August 14th 2008. Pioneer it seems that you dont know much about foreign affairs do you ,well please let me educate you first, mr nazin is the finance minister and if this trip is about business you will need your finance man with you plus the other man may be a minister to do with something else got that plus we dont want a repeat of that incident with the brief case do we now you know and another thing for your information all foreign heads of state who goes to other country on state /business always take a delegation of business minded persons with them,now you know and maybe you have just learned something so lets move forward now backward never.

But wait, every time the PM has to travel abroad Nazim and Peter have to accompany him? Are they his new security guards or he just feels incapable of handling business on his own?
