Medical Registration Board is currently updating its register and, in addition the Ministry of Finance is taking an audit of all registered physicians and dentists in the country.
All medical practitioners and dentists in the country are hereby requested to bring their original Medical Registration Certificate and all Medical/Dental qualification certificates to the office of the Chief Medical Officer located at the Ministerial Complex, Botanical Gardens, St. George’s.
Please note that the deadline to produce these documents is 15th September, 2008.

NOTICE FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH
Just curious I read sometime in the Bation Newspaper that Bajan Doctors who after spending 7years in Cuba qualify do 1 year internship on their return to Barbados cannot get attached to QEH before wriying an exam in Barbados and that they are not even referred too as DOCTOR, Is that the same procedure at home??? Just curious I know we have quite a bit of Doctors as well as Dentist and before you know it on their retun they even have their own private office
