Sunjets United recorded their second straight win last Thursday evening when they edged past Mt. Rich 1-0 away at the Hermitage Grounds.
Likewise Tempe All Blacks won comfortable 3-0 against Happy Hill over at the Beausejour Playing Field.
Combined Northerners suffered another defeat when they went down to Belle Vue Rangers 5-1 at the Tempe Playing Field.
Trade Centre Honved won by default over TAMCC.
Another consecutive victory for the young lads from Willis as Hampshire United posted a 2-0 win over St. Paul's at Queens Park while CLASS Herb Roots were victorious at home 4-2 over Carenage.
Meanwhile, in matches played earlier on this week, GBSS (sixth in the ranking) won 2-1 over Willis Youths over at the Beausejour.
Rivals Fontenoy United and Queens Park Rangers played to a nil-nil draw at the Queens Park. Ozone Eagles Super Strikers won at home 3-1 over Carib Hurricane.
