POLICE FILES MISSING, SHREDDED IN GRENADA
Grenada's new police commissioner says sensitive files from the force's intelligence division are missing or destroyed. Commissioner James Clarkson says that numerous documents filed over the last two years by a 16-member intelligence unit, have either disappeared or have been found shredded. Clarkson says that "God alone knows" what the branch did over the past two years. He says a probe has been launched. Clarkson spoke Monday about the serious issue. He recently took over leading the Royal Grenada Police Force following elections that ended Dr. Keith Mitchell's 13-year tenure as premier. The intelligence unit was accused of spying on Mitchell's opponents shortly before the vote. Reprinted from jamaica-observer.com

POLICE FILES MISSING, SHREDDED IN GRENADA
Yes it seems that the wind of change is blowing strong and may i say how refreshing it is to see this latest report about missing police papers these are serious issues about the (missing) and i quote or destroyed documents and if this is proven thoes responsible and that should mean from the top, they should be pull before the court and made to answer, grenada cannot have this type of behaviour from who holds office in high public/legal positions who when in office behaves and act way beyond their legal duties also it should be made clear that this is a criminal offence in any language and should not be tolerated in what ever political shade --the law is the law and must be upheld.
