St George’s; The Public is herby notified that the Public Assistance Programme together with all other Safety Net Programs administered by the Ministry of Social Development is presently under review. As a result Pending and New applications pertaining to those programs will be on hold until the end of the review. Meanwhile existing beneficiaries under the Public Assistance and Necessitous Programs will continue to receive payments. The payments will be made starting every last Thursday within the month and runs for the next four (4) working days thereafter at the usual place and time (Treasury in St. George’s and Revenue Offices throughout the country from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm).
