Results of Games played at 6pm: Police (36) defeated Secretaries Combined (11) Huggins (29) defeated Nurses (5) Results of games played at 7pm: · Utilities & Services Combined (44) defeated Grenada Postal Corporation (11) · Media Bombsquad (28) defeated Courts Powerhouse (7) On Saturday October 18, 2008 a game was played between Courts Powerhouse and Clico at the end of which Courts Powerhouse won the game. A protest was made by Clico that Courts had used unregistered players and after investigation the same was proven to be true. Hence Courts Powerhouse has been penalized for breach of Tournament rules and Clico was awarded the winning points for the game. Teams are being reminded that using players that are not related to the team and also the use of unregistered players are breaches of tournament rules. Managers and Team Captains are being asked to update their players on the rules of netball so that when umpires make calls they are easily understood by the players thus allowing for the smooth flow of the game.
