The Grenada Food & Nutrition Council will be launching the Food Based Dietary Guidelines in Carriacou on Thursday November 6, 2008. The Market Square in Hillsborough will be the venue for this event. There will be an exhibition between 9am and 5pm while the official launch will be done at 1pm. On Friday November 7, 2008 the team from the Grenada Food & Nutrition Council will journey on to Petit Martinique where they will have an exhibition of the Guidelines at the Petit Martinique R.C. School between 12:30pm and 2:30pm. The public is invited to come and get information on eight (8) simple lifestyle adjustment steps that will help them to live a healthier longer life.
