Wednesday, November 19, 2008, St. George’s: On 15th October 2008, the Government of Grenada paid Backpay, due to Teachers, for the period January to December 2007, in the sum of Four Million, Six Hundred and One Thousand, Six Hundred and Eighty Six Dollars and Seventy One Cents (EC$4,601,686.71).
Payments to Teachers for the period January to June 2008 totaling Three Million, Four Hundred and Ninety three Thousand, Two Hundred and Forty Three Dollars and Thirty Cents (EC$3,493,243.30) has been scheduled for payment in December 2008.

it now seems to me that they the nnp has never had any policies untowards the poor in grenada they talk a good talk but thats all they do you can see it in the way they talk down to our people whenever one of their ministers had something to say be it on radio or television, grenadians oh how lucky we are to have kicked them out off office
