Her Excellency (HE) Ms. Ruth Elizabeth Rouse, on Thursday November 20th, 2008 was received in Audience by Her Majesty The Queen at Buckingham Palace, upon her appointment as High Commissioner for Grenada to the Court of St. James’s. High Commissioner Rouse was previously received by Her Majesty on May 11th 1999, when she was first appointed High Commissioner in London. Her Majesty warmly welcomed the new High Commissioner and wished her well during her sojourn in the United Kingdom. High Commissioner Rouse was one of three Commonwealth High Commissioners received by Her Majesty that week. Cameroon and Belize were the other two. Inside Grenada News
