ST.GEORGE’S, GRENADA, 2ND JANUARY, 2009_ Prime Minister Hon. Tillman Thomas has congratulated Grenadians who were honored by the Queen in her 2009 New Years Honours List. “You have all contributed to the development of our country in your specific area of service. It is my hope that others will follow in your footsteps of selfless service to their communities and ultimately to building a better Grenada.” The Prime Minister said. The Prime Minister paid special tribute to former Prime Minister George Brizan who he said has contributed significantly to Grenada in the areas of politics, agriculture and education. “Mr. Brian has given selflessly to Grenada over the years.
