St. George's (GIS) _ Officials on the sister isles are satisfied that progress is being made on the four projects being undertaken by the Grenada rural enterprise project. Projects under construction include the 500,000 bbh human resource development centre, and a bathroom and toilet facility at paradise beach in l'esterre. Work is also progressing on the construction of 2000ft of concrete road in the Dumfries area, which will provide access to farmers.
