GRENADA, January 29, 2009 - The Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) wishes to inform the public that the Colombian national that was reported as missing yesterday has been found and is alive and well. It is rumored that she is currently in police custody. Unconfirmed reports allege that the woman was found in Grenville with two persons and was attempting to get out of the island to neighboring Trinidad. Claudia Graciela OTERO VANEGAS, a thirty-eight (38) year old Colombian national, was reported as missing yesterday. It is believed that the woman worked on a ship and was unaccounted for when the ship was about to sail. A report was made to the police who solicited the assistance of the public in locating her. The RGPF has since expressed its gratitude to the media and the Grenadian public for their cooperation and assistance in this matter. INSIDE GRENADA NEWS
