OPPOSITION LEADER URGES STUDENTS TO TAKE PRECAUTIONS

Wednesday, April 29th, 2009: Leader of the opposition, Dr. The right Hon. Keith Mitchell, is advising all Grenadian students in Mexico to take all the necessary precautions to protect themselves from the swine flu which has resulted in the death of persons who have contracted the virus.
Dr. Mitchell says his prayers are with the students and call on the entire nation to remember them in prayers
Meanwhile the opposition leader is appealing to the government to cease from playing politics with the lives of the innocent young people and to take proactive measures to assist with the safety of the students.
According to Dr. Mitchell, regardless of which administration granted scholarships to the students they are sons and daughters of Grenada and everything possible must be done to protect them.

Brothers and sisyers sometimes it sounds to good to be true when you hear the leader of H M opposition party talkabout our sons and daughter and quote that caring feeling ,wants to make you cry dosent he ,brothers and sisters this is the same man our ex prime minister who boldy stood on a platform addressing the same our sons and daughters by telling them that the money in the suitcase, the dammed money is mine and i wish there was more,and therefore i ask you is this the same man who is now concern for the welfare of our young students in mexico or is he saying this because it was his government who granted these students the grants to study in mexico and now he is making political capitol out of it then if so its nothing to do with caring therefore i call upon the members of HM OPPOSITION to stop playing politics with the grenadians people and unit and get grenada moving forward for all grenadians all its people .
