NNP TO HOLD PUBLIC MEETING AT LA BORIE THIS WEEK
click
The New National Party invites the general public to a meeting at the La Borie-St. Paul's junction on Thursday 7th May commencing at 6:30 pm. With the NDC Government refusing to bring parliamentary sittings live to you the people and the Speaker preventing the opposition members from raising certain issues in the house, it is incumbent on the NNP to use this public forum to inform and educate the nation on the following issues: 1) The reason for, the results of, and ramifications of the intended action in the court cases involving the former Minister Gregory Bowen. 2) The exposure of the briefcase plot. 3) The state of healthcare and education in our country under the NDC 4) Government’s deception through legal maneuvres and the punishment inflicted on the people of Carriacou and Petit Martinique. 5) The general economic and political state of our nation.

Come on Mark ,where is your evidence of the NDC Wrong doings tell /show me, Mark i am not a politician nor am i a paid up member of any politicial party, my concern is that after thirteen years in office the NNP was becoming dictorial both in their actions and behaviour including their language when addressing our people. When they were in power they constantly talk down to our people as though we were uneducated and dont know better, yes we have change and we have learned and we are a much smarter and clever people now ,Mark you have accused/compared the NDC in the same light as the NNP and this i am sure is unfair if you studY the behaviour of the past NNP government, so please give some credit to where it is due and stop hiding behind the GREEN T SHIRT- one love grenada.

That argument doesn't cut it. In opposition, the nDC wa complaining and they were planning on changing things - transparency, honesty, integrity and all these other sweet sounding terms. To get there and do the same thing is not change - it is EXCHANGE. Just another reason to be disappointed with these bunch of NDC people (yet another broken promise). You don't condemn wrongdoing and then go and do it yourself!!!

Well tony not only what you mention but am not a politican or a lover of politics what I am passionate about though is equal rights and justice .After IVAN did you know that $16.5m was given as loan to the Government as loan to buissness ,guess what when you were struggling with your roof some NNP supporters was geting hundred of thousands one person even got $2m .and even though some got so much the 16.5m was not accounted for because some vanished .THe chicken farm in St.Marks where did that money go.Tell NNP THERE IS NO MORE MONEY LEFT FOR THEM.

Well sam i so much agrees with you these NNP people is playing a dangerous game with politics in our grenada ,first they lost the election after thirteen years in office because they believed that they had a gods given right to be in government while at the same time abusing their power while in government and now that they are in the opposition it seems very hard to take, which leaves me to believed that they the NNP are dangerous and mischivious people who needs to be watched, this government the NDC have only been in office not even a year and they cant deliver everything that they had promise during the election as we can see from the current state of the world credit crunch situation so come on people give them a chance it is now time for our people to unite and get our country moving forward and dont look back to the bad old days of the NNP .
