YOUTH MINISTER VISITS SAASS AND PRESENTS COMPUTERS TO S...

ST.ANDREW'S - Hon. Patrick Simmons, Minister of Sports, Culture and Youth Development, yesterday visited his alma mater – the St. Andrew’s Anglican Secondary School (SAASS). The minister spoke to the students before participating in a handing-over ceremony involving the presentation of several computers to some of the schools in the parish. Minister Simmons encouraged the students to continue studying their school work and to trudge on until they attaining their goals. He advised them to make good use of their upcoming holidays, engage in positive and uplifting activities and to always conduct themselves in a manner that will make them feel proud. Hon. Patrick Simmons then made presentations of computers to teachers of the Telescope Primary School, the Anglican Primary School, the Crochu Roman Catholic School and the St. Andrew’s Anglican Secondary school (SAASS). He encouraged the recipients of the computers to use them to help improve the quality of the service that is delivered to the students in their charge. Minister Simmons, who is a former principal of SAASS, was well received by the staff and students of the school.

way to go simmons..keep up the good orks it funny how someone does something good for our youth in our country and no one said good job but let them make one mstake and everyone will be here critizing them..that one thing i hate about my country
