In keeping with the government’s approach to the delivery of services through private-public-partnership, the Division of Agriculture in the Ministry of Carriacou & Petite Martinique Affairs is pleased to inform the general public that a new tractor service is now available at a rate of $80.00 per hour. All persons interested in the service should contact Mr. John Blair, Six Roads, Carriacou at telephone no. 443-6364 to register. All payments for ploughing must be made immediately before the ploughing of one’s plot of land is completed as there is no system for credit. We want to thank Mr. Blair for his confidence in this new partnership arrangement and to thank you for your patience as we proceed with the ploughing on a zonal basis starting in the south and look forward to your cooperation.
