GRENVILLE:- The winner of the 2008-2009 Junior Achievement Programme is the St. Joseph’s Convent (Grenville) with their company “Bold and Roving Promotions.” Second position went to the Westmorland Secondary school and third Place to the Westerhall Secondary school.
The Junior Achievement Programme is a project administered by the Grenada Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Over three hundred and fifty (350) fourth-form secondary school students from throughout the tri-island state of Grenada participated in the program.
The winning school, the St. Joseph’s Convent (G’ville) will travel to Argentina to participate in Junior Achievement activities there.
Ms. Kate Lewis, the teacher who worked along with the winning team, expressed joy and happiness at the accomplishment of the SJC (Grenville)Junior Achievers.
