Best of Grenada Ltd., operators of the vessels RHUM RUNNER, RHUM RUNNER 11 and HIGH TIME have noticed with alarm the use of images of it’s vessels and or their name, on promotional material that it considers promiscuous, lewd and degrading of the female form. Best of Grenada Ltd., wishes to disassociate itself totally, completely and absolutely, from any association with this offensive and lewd material produced by individual Promoters, who are reproducing the images of Best of Grenada Ltd., without permission. Best of Grenada Ltd., in chartering its vessels to individuals or groups does not authorize the use of its images in any unsavoury or degrading Material. Charterer’s and Promoters are advised that with immediate effect any and all material that uses the names or images of Best of Grenada Ltd., or it’s vessels in degrading or distasteful material will be subject to legal action without further notice. Best of Grenada Ltd., and Rhum Runner’s are synonymous with good clean safe fun. Our Company views this distasteful and degrading material as injurious to our image and reputation and will do what is necessary to protect same.
