Hillsborough, Carriacou:- Environmental Health Officer for Carriacou and Petite Martinique, William Guadeloupe, is looking forward to attending a training course later this month in the People's Republic of China. The focus of the training is on rainwater catchement and utilization. Mr. Guadeloupe views this training as significant since Carriacou's main source of water comes from rain. He said he is excited to be a participant and promises that on his return to share with others the knowledge he would have received in China. The training is part of a series of short-term seminars and courses offered to Grenadian nationals by the People's Republic of China. Mr. Guadeloupe departs the state on July 17th.
