Four matches were played in the GFA Football Season. On Saturday (July 25), Tempe All Blacks and St. Paul’s played to a 1-1 draw in the first of a doubleheader at the National Stadium. The other match played GBSS was on the receiving when they were heavily trounced 4-0 by Ball Dogs.
On Sunday (July 26), defending champions in the Premier League Hurricane edged past Lime Paradise 3-2 over at the Alston George Park. The other match played featured a derby between Queens Park Rangers and Fontenoy United. Rangers had a convincing 3-0 at the National Stadium. The match Combined Northerners and Hampshire United did not play.
Ball Dogs leads the standings with a superior goal difference.
