Thousands of Grenadians converged at the National Stadium last night to witness what many dub “…the most impressive soca monarch finals in years.” The soca artistes all gave very good renditions and the crowd obviously got what they paid for - based on their responses to the artistes and their complimentary statements after the show. The former Soca Monarch champions, Lini Spark & Electrify, were beaten into second place by Mr. Killa, who enthralled the crowd with his amazing theatrics and brilliant on-stage executions.
