ST. GEORGE’S, GRENADA, FRIDAY, AUGUST 14th, 2009_Governor General Sir. Carlyle Glean, has declared 1.00pm to 10.00pm, Saturday August 15th, a half holiday in the state of Grenada. The declaration was made in view of the inclement weather which affected Carnival celebrations on Tuesday. The half holiday will allow for the culmination of Carnival celebrations.
