ST. GEORGE”S October 15th, as part of its Cancer awareness program for the month, THE GRENADA CANCER SOCIETY in collaboration with AstraZeneca Will be holding a public lecture on Prostate Cancer at the conference room of the Coyaba Beach Resort on Saturday, 17th October 2009 at 7.00 p.m. Lecturer will be Dr. Christy Daniel, Urologist from St. Lucia.
The GCS is encouraging all to attend and please be on time.
A reminder to all survivors, friends and families of persons living with Cancer of the Cancer Awareness walk on Sunday 25th October at 4pm from Grand Anse.
This walk is staged every October to provide hope and support to persons living with Cancer.
PUBLIC LECTURE ON PROSTATE CANCER
Its very nice to know that the Grenada Cancer Society is promoting cancer awareness. I lost my dad and a brother as a result of prostrate cancer. I hope that my fellow Grenadians are taking the disease quite seriously and geting screened before its to late. My prayers go out to all who are suffering from any form of cancer. Special thanks to the Grenada Cancer Society. Keep up the good work.
